Questions about the packages

How do I pay for a package?

There is no online payment. Contact sales; we prepare an offer, and once it is agreed an administrator assigns the package to your account.

What are AI credits?

Electra AI usage is measured in credits. A package that includes AI comes with a monthly allowance, which renews every month, or with one-time credits, which do not expire.

What does the bus limit mean?

It is the largest network, counted in buses, that a single analysis may contain. You can draw larger networks; analyses beyond the limit need a larger package.

Do I need the desktop clients?

No. The browser app is complete. The online desktop client and the offline desktop product are for teams that prefer a desktop program or need to work without a connection.
